SHOWA offers a variety of grocery products, including but not limited to African products. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine the quantity of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions; however, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we supply, to discontinue any product, or to refuse service to any customer.

Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, there may be cases where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Items which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the Order as canceled. If you cancel your Order before we have shipped it to you, and you have already paid for your Order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for products and services can be made using various payment methods accepted by SHOWA. We reserve the right to verify the identity of customers before processing orders. All payments must be received in full before we ship any product.

To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, we encrypt your card data. Once we receive your Order we will request pre-authorisation on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds available to complete the transaction. Order will not be confirmed until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once we have sent you the Order Confirmation. Cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Upon authorisation of the payment, you confirm that the card belongs to you or that you are the legitimate holder of the card, and have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Item.

5. Return and Refund Policy

We aim to provide high-quality products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a return of the product within 3 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility:Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return.
• Condition:The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and receipts.
• Return Process:To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via email atsupport@showamart.comwithin 3 days of your purchase. Our team will guide you through the return process.
• Refunds:Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable period.
• Non-returnable items:Certain items, such as perishable goods, opened food products, or items purchased with free shipping, are not eligible for return.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to make on-demand deliveries of groceries. However, delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. SHOWA is not responsible for delays caused by our delivery partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 - 48hrs from the time your order is placed. Delivery charges are based solely on the delivery distance, and the priority of the delivery time.

7. Prohibited Uses

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
